R.B. Burnham Native Treasures Show Vendor Information
We would like to invite you to participate in the El Dorado Native Treasures show held at Indian Market in August 2012. RB Burnham & Co is currently the show promoter for this event which is held in the Pavilion of the El Dorado Hotel in Sante Fe. We took over as show promoter in 2009 and have had much success with the last three shows and look forward to the 2012 show. We have already secured a contract for 2012 with El Dorado and we are accepting booth deposits on a payment schedule. We now have more booths available on a first come, first served basis and need to have deposits by February 25, 2012. If you are interested, call me as soon as possible as these will go fast. Spaces are limited, but we will do our best to work with you.
At the end of the show last August we experienced an unfortunate event caused by the heavy rainfall that resulted in water flooding into the hall. Fortunately for all but one, there was very little water damage thanks to the quick action taken by fellow exhibitors helping those in danger.
Since this event, we have struggled with the El Dorado Hotel to determine liability since we had no knowledge of the drainage problems. As a result, the El Dorado accepted liability and made appropriate compensation to one exhibitor. However, the El Dorado is now requiring us (each exhibitor) to provide our own insurance to cover our own merchandise in case of any damages, or theft that may occur while setting up, working, and breaking down the show. Our hopes are that nothing like this happens again, however you are advised to provide your own coverage through an insurance agent of your choice.
The payment schedule has been modified slightly for new vendors, the dates for the scheduled payments are now February 25 (1/3 of booth cost), April 25 (1/3 of booth cost, and June 30 (remaining balance of booth cost).

$99.00 plus taxes if you reserve for before 7/1/2012 after rate $129.00 plus taxes. Rate includes shuttle service to and from the El Dorado, full American breakfast, managers reception with free glass of beer/wine and appetizers!
